Join us for the Closing Celebration of artist Jason Kartez’s “Mobile Graphics Lab”. The Lab is a completely portable teaching station and comics classroom equipped with materials to create amazing graphics. With their time at Side Street Projects, the Mobile Graphics Lab is using comic book making as a medium to activate conversations around food, accessibility, and wellness culminating in a collective comic book housing the comic pages and artwork made by community members.

Alongside the project, come chow down on a dish from the collection of recipes shared by workshop and artist project participants.
